- Development of a targeted list of appropriate executive recruiters and search firms. Includes counseling and training in contacting and working effectively with executive recruiters and search firms.
- Individual assistance in interpreting and responding to advertised positions.
- Internet research to identify potential positions and hiring organizations.
INTERVIEWING, NEGOTIATING & CLOSING:
- Individual and small group training and coaching in effective contemporary networking and interviewing techniques.
- On-going individual counseling to support, monitor and evaluate progress in the work search.
- Individual counseling to prepare for and debrief after interviews and other important work search meetings. Includes support constructing appropriate follow-up letters and proposals.
- Coaching in salary, benefits and total compensation negotiation.
